1.Product Introduction  

The ball mill is a kind of widely used grinding equipment in the industry, mainly using steel balls as grinding media. It is used in the stage of mineral processing preparation for features of low speed, large load and large impact load. 3.Structure

The ball mill consists of feeding device, discharging device, rotating part, the transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control). The tube is inlaid with wear-resistant lining, which has good wear resistance. The rotating large gear is processed by casting hobbing, and the hollow shaft is made of cast steel.

When the ball mill is working, the material is loaded into the tube from the feed end. When the tube rotates, the balls are taken away by the centrifugal force and the frictional force. When reaching a certain height, they are thrown off due to gravity, thereby crushing the material in the tube. After the rough grinding in the first warehouse, the material enters the second warehouse through the single-layer compartment board for further grinding. The powders are discharged through the discharge sieve plate to complete the grinding operation.

4.Feature

1. Easy maintenance and reliable work. The transmission part of ball mill is greatly simplified, which not only makes the machine run smoothly and work reliably but also makes maintenance more convenient.

2. The design of the discharge part is flexible. The outlet is designed reasonably, and the customer can choose the iron remover accordingly.

3. High grinding efficiency and low wear rate of wearing parts. According to the nature of the material and the customer's requirements, the liner and the grinding balls can be made of high quality steel, alumina ceramic, quartz or other special materials.

4. The closed system is adopted to reduce dust. The mill and classifier form a closed system, which is transported under negative pressure without dust and reduces damage to the human body.
