The Raymond mill system is mainly composed of main machine, hopper, vibrating feeder, bucket elevator, classifier, blower, dust collector, dust remover and pipes. The main machine is composed of frame, inlet volute, blades, rollers, rings, casing and motor.
The crushed material is sent to the storage hopper by the bucket elevator, and then continuously and evenly fed into the grinding chamber by the vibrating feeder. The rollers suspended on the cross arm shaft revolve around the vertical axis and on its axis. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the rollers swing outward and are pressed against the ring. The material is sent between rollers and ring by the blade to achieve the purpose of grinding. The air blown by the blower enters the mill and blows up the powder to the classifier placed above the grinding chamber. After selecting, the powders that meet the fineness are collected by the powder collector as products; the coarser powders drop and are grinded again. The excess airflow is purified by the dust remover and discharged.
