The complete set of ultra-fine mill includes crusher, main machine, classifier, powder collector, dust remover, bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder, blower, air compressor and electrical control system.
When the machine works, the motor drives the main shaft and the turntable through the reducer, and the turntable drive the roller to rotate in the grinding ring raceway through the roller pins. The material drops in the grinding chamber under the action of centrifugal force and is grinded by the rollers. The high-speed classifier screens the milled material, and the unqualified coarse powders fall back for re-grinding. The qualified fine powders enter the cyclone dust collector with the airflow, and are discharged from the discharge valve. A small part of the fine dust enters the dust remover. The filtered air is finally discharged.
