1.Product Introduction

Metallurgy rotary kiln produced by our Sankay company adopted new energy-saving refractory materials and insulation materials, it has been widely used for metallurgy, ceramics, machinery, electronic glass, chemical, building materials, and other industries. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient and reliable production process, less wearing parts and high operation rate.


2. Features

1. Metallurgy rotary kiln body adopted high quality calm carbon steel and it can automatic welding.

2. It has advanced spindle structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electric heating device.

3. DC motor or variable frequency motor controls the speed and makes it’s operation reliable, energy saving and high efficiency.

4. The transmission adopts hard gear reducer and elastic diaphragm coupling.

5. Metallurgy rotary kiln adopted hydraulic retaining wheel and equipped with advanced hydraulic control system.

6. Metallurgy rotary kiln has slow drive device.


3.Working Principle

When metallurgy rotary kiln is working, the cylinder rotates under the action of the rotating device, raw material enter into cylinder body, raw material makes circular motion around the cylinder and the movement from the high end to the low end under the role of cylinder rotating and tilting device. Raw material is decomposed and calcined in the cylinder, then discharged material enter into the cooling machine. The heating energy is fed by the kiln head, fuel is injected into the cylinder and burned in the kiln body, then form large amount of heat to processing material, the heat gas discharged from the kiln for further processing.
